What your purchase includes

A one-time purchase gives you a personal license to install and use the closed-source LemmaReel CLI, including its bundled workflow and templates. Future updates to this product are included. An installed version remains usable without periodic license renewal; compatibility with all future operating systems or third-party services is not guaranteed.

Your agent and computer

You supply your own compatible agent account, model access, hardware, and source material. Those costs are separate. Rendering happens locally. System dependencies and voice-model downloads are required, and supported environments are listed in the setup guide.

Your output and responsibilities

You may use the videos you create for personal and commercial projects, provided you have the necessary rights to the inputs. No product watermark is added. Automatic technical checks do not certify factual correctness, teaching quality, or suitability for a particular use.

Software license

You may not resell or redistribute the LemmaReel software, license keys, or bundled proprietary materials. Third-party components retain their own licenses. Your video output is separate from the product software.

Refunds and special situations

Because this is a downloadable digital product, purchases are generally non-refundable. If an issue cannot be resolved or there are special circumstances, contact support and we’ll discuss a reasonable solution. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Your account

Keep your download license private. Replacing a key invalidates the previous key for future downloads and updates, without disabling installed copies. Deleting your account removes access to downloads and updates; local videos remain on your machine.

Acceptable use

Use LemmaReel to create material you have the right to use and share. The following uses are outside your software license:

• Pornography / NSFW: creating sexually explicit or pornographic material.
• Violence / gore: creating graphic violence, torture or gore, or encouraging violent harm.
• Hate speech: creating content that promotes hatred, discrimination or violence against protected groups.
• Child-unsafe content: creating any sexual exploitation or abuse material involving minors, including synthetic depictions.
• Deepfakes / impersonation: deceptively portraying a real person as saying or doing something they did not, or impersonating someone without authorization.
• Copyright / trademark infringement: using protected material without the rights required for your use, or misleading people about a brand’s identity or endorsement.

How the product handles content

Your agent and the renderer work with files on your computer. LemmaReel does not receive your prompts or generated videos for platform-side content moderation. Its automatic technical checks are not a content-safety review, and it does not operate a public gallery. You remain responsible for checking the meaning, accuracy and rights of the material you publish.

Reporting and responses

Use the contact listed on our support page to raise a concern about misuse or a rights issue. Include a public link or a brief description and explain your relationship to the material; do not send license keys, private source files or unlawful media.

When a report is received, we can request clarification, ask the responsible person to stop the prohibited use, and decline assistance with that use. You can use the same support contact to explain a mistake or dispute a report. We cannot remove videos from your computer or third-party websites, and installed copies do not have a remote shutoff. This policy does not claim that an automated moderation or account-enforcement system is in place.
