Start with the right machine.

The current development build is verified on an Apple Silicon Mac. Rendering needs Python 3.12, FFmpeg, Cairo/Pango, LaTeX, and the voice model. animeweave doctor checks what is missing.

Clean-machine setup, Linux, and full Claude/Gemini validation are still being completed. Windows is not supported in this version.
